Kelley Myers, ACP

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Kelley joined the firm in 1994. She earned her B.A. from the University of Tennessee in 1990. Kelley is a Certified Legal Assistant with the firm with an emphasis in the practice areas of Corporate and Banking, Environmental Law, Products Liability, Lender Liability, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Dispute Resolution. She also served as Governor for the Knoxville Legal Secretaries Association for two consecutive years. She is a member of the Smoky Mountain Paralegal Association and a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) .  In 2005, Kelley successfully passed the comprehensive examination of the National Association of Legal Assistants, making her a Certified Paralegal.  In 2006, Kelley also achieved the Advanced Paralegal Certification in Discovery, allowing her to use the designation "ACP".
