Letha R. Lehman, R.N. - Medical Consultant
Born in Goshen, Indiana, Letha joined the firm in 1997. She earned her Bachelors in Education and Nursing from the University of Tennessee in 1972, and received her Masters in Education in 1980. Letha is a RN, MS paralegal with an emphasis in the practice areas of Medical Research, Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Chemical Exposure, and Medical Malpractice with clinical experience in the fields of intensive care, coronary care, coronary care instructor, nursing home supervisor, epidemiology, precertification for home care and medical surgical hospital care. She maintains memberships in the Tennessee Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and Tennessee Paralegal Association. In early 2007, Letha retired from full-time employment with Butler, Vines and Babb and now works with the firm on a contract basis.
